The Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation needed a web page to host the "Promise of Sheboygan County" video and eventually lead users to their main site. Though the development appears to use Flash, it doesn't. Utilizing custom code, we were able to provide the look of Flash without its functionality being restricted to certain browsers or devices.
